PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

 All we require to book your dates is 15% of your nightly rental fee total. Simply calculate this amount and pay it below.  For example, The Oasis is $900 for 7 nights.  Your deposit is 15% of $900, which is $135.  If you are not sure of the amount, please feel free to contact us.  You can pay by etransfer or Credit Card .  If using Credit Card, please add 3% to your payment.   Be sure to  fill out the form below after payment.  Please note, we cannot hold dates until deposit is made.   A detailed receipt with arrival instructions will then be manually generated and emailed to you within 12 hours (usually less).

There is also a $25 - $40 cleaning fee and a $200 fully refundable security deposit.  These amounts are payable upon arrival along with your remaining rental fee. Your security deposit would be returned to you within 24 hours of your departure.   Your 15% booking deposit is 50% refundable from day of booking, and up to 30 days before your arrival date.  After this time, it is not refundable.
