PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

 All we require to book your dates is 15% of your total rental fee. Simply calculate this amount and pay it below.  For example, if booking The Oasis for 7 nights, it is $900 total rental fee.  Your deposit is 15% of $900, which is $135.  If you are not sure of the amount, please feel free to contact us.  You can pay by etransfer or Credit Card .  If using Credit Card, please add 3% to your payment.   Be sure to  fill out the form below after payment.  Please note, we cannot hold dates until deposit is made.   A detailed receipt with arrival instructions will then be manually generated and emailed to you within 12 hours (usually less).  Your 15% booking deposit is 100% refundable for 48 hours after booking date, then 50% refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date.  After this time, it is not refundable.

There is also a $25 - $40 cleaning fee and a $200 fully refundable security deposit.  These amounts are payable upon arrival along with your remaining rental fee. Your security deposit would be returned to you within 24 hours of your departure.
