WELCOME TO EVANS COTTAGES! (now booking for 2025 too!)

 This (almost) beachfront property consists of a modern 2019 RV with a large 10' by 20' deck.  It sleeps 5 adults or 6 people if at least one is a child. The beach is just 70 steps (not stairs) from your deck!  Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig, four piece bath, microwave, television, dvd player and movies, games and cards.  Outside you will find a mini kitchen area with mini fridge and Coleman stove, a barbeque, a gazebo, and fire pit.  Paddle boat included.  Pets welcome.

  This spacious, meticulously cared for waterfront property is located on a dead end road with beautiful views of the water, beach, and of course the sunsets.  It sleeps up to 5 people.  Fully stocked kitchen, separate bedroom with queen bed, four piece bathroom, 10' by 17' attached living room with DVD player and movies, unlimited WIFI,  This is the only property we offer which is completely pet free.  12' by 21' deck with an 11' by 9' gazebo.  Barbeque and fire pit.  Nice dock with  boat, paddle board, kayak, and floatie chairs included.  Firewood for your first campfire provided.  Bookings are 3 nights minimum.

The Beach House is in a prime location right on the beach! Sleeps up to six adults and two children, or a similar combination. It has it's own mini-Margaritaville fire pit. Large living room with great views from the big bay windows.  Unlimited WIFI included as well as paddle boat and 10' party floatie.  Fully fenced for dogs and toddlers.  Huge deck overlooking the beach and lake, with beautiful sunsets practically every night.  Pets welcome.

From your deck or dock , you will have beautiful sunset views along with a great view of the lake, park, and beach.   Unlimited WIFI included.  You will have a kayak, two paddle boards, and a 4 seater paddle boat for your unlimited use.  In the living area you will find a 65" TV with DVD player and movies.  This property comfortably sleeps up to 6.  Pets welcome.

 Great for a big family!  The Oasis sleeps up to ten people and is situated on the most beautifully decorated lot in the park!  It has all the amenities including fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, four piece bath, microwave, refrigerator, stove, A/C, furnace, television, DVD player and movies, HUGE barbeque and more.    Only a one minute walk to the beach. You can't go wrong with a stay at The Oasis for just $130/night!   Pets welcome.  Minimum booking 7 nights.

All cottages have fully stocked kitchens, microwaves, full bathrooms, a fire pit, heat , some have A/C, barbeque, television, DVD's and much more.  All you need to bring are towels, blankets, sheets, and pillows. Pets are welcome,  However, dogs are not allowed in the beach area.   Most rentals include kayaks and paddle boats etc.  We have great bass and pike fishing here!  Ice available for purchase in the park, and firewood located just outside the park gates.  Burford Golf Links golf course is 8 minutes away.  Fun events every weekend for everyone including amazing Canada Day fireworks displays launched right on the lake!  For more details regarding what each property has to offer, click the links .

We are located at  Twin Springs Cottage Condo Community  in Burford, Ontario, on spring fed Cooley Pond.  Being privately owned, Twin Springs does not have the restrictions that most other parks do.  Of course there are basic rules, but you can relax and do what you like here.  The fishing is great for bass and pike although it is catch and release.  We have lots of roads within the park so bring your bikes if if you wish.  It is a very safe private park, so if you choose to, you can comfortably let your children explore, although they might come back with a frog. The owners of the park are Jonathan and Cathie Weaver.  Your enjoyment and comfort is our top priority.
